Call for Proposals for the Regional Implementation Team

Opening Date: Wednesday, May 28, 2025
Closing Date: Monday, July 28, 2025

Email submission: Email all materials by the closing date to cepf@cepf.net. Please make the email subject line “CFP: GFWA RIT.”

Eligible Applicants

CEPF will only accept proposals from the 14 organizations identified in the call for proposals. These 14 entities have submitted an expression of interest by the closing date and are thus eligible to bid in a lead role for the regional implementation team (RIT). These organizations are free to form partnerships with other organizations, regardless of whether those organizations submitted an expression of interest or not. However, CEPF will only accept bids from the organizations listed in Table 1 of the call for proposals acting in a lead role. Organizations that did not submit an expression of interest wishing to be part of a consortium should approach any of the 14 eligible organizations.

CEPF will host an informational webinar for prospective applicants on Thursday, June 12, 2025 (at 1pm GMT) to briefly describe the expectations for the RIT and respond to questions. The call details will be posted here closer to the date. All organizations listed in Table 1 will receive detailed instructions on how to access this call. An electronic recording of the call will subsequently be made available via the CEPF website.

CANDIDATS ELIGIBLES

Le CEPF n'acceptera que les propositions des 14 organisations identifiées dans l’appel à propositions. Ces 14 entités ont soumis une expression d'intérêt à la date de clôture et sont donc éligibles pour soumissionner dans un rôle de chef de file pour la RIT. Ces organisations sont libres de former des partenariats avec d'autres organisations, que celles-ci aient soumis une expression d'intérêt ou non. Cependant, le CEPF n'acceptera que les offres des organisations listées dans le tableau 1 de l'appel à Propositions agissant dans un rôle principal. Les organisations qui n'ont pas soumis d'expression d'intérêt et qui souhaitent faire partie d'un consortium doivent contacter l'une des 14 organisations éligibles.

Le CEPF organisera un webinaire d'information à l'intention des candidats potentiels le jeudi 12 juin 2025 (à 13 h GMT) afin de décrire brièvement les attentes relatives à la RIT et de répondre aux questions. Les détails de la conférence téléphonique seront publiés ici à l'approche de la date. Toutes les organisations figurant dans le tableau 1 recevront des instructions détaillées sur la manière d'accéder à cette conférence. Un enregistrement électronique de la conférence sera ensuite mis à disposition sur le site web du CEPF.
