Expand Daweishan Indigenous Community Conserved Area (ICCA) from three villages to 14 villages and to establish a community-NGO-government (CNG) co-management network to (1) increase the awareness and capacity on biodiversity conservation of project villages, (2) establish an effective monitoring system and species database and (3) develop collective forest and sustainable livelihoods.
