Conduct a fish survey in the Chimanimani National Reserve to list the species occurring in the area, update the status of the known species with gathered data, describe new species (e.g., Enteromius sp.nov. ‘Chimanimani’) and ultimately, enable a better management of these species in the reserve by disseminating the project results among local stakeholders and the scientific community (e.g., booklets).

Strategic Direction: 2 Improve the protection and management of the KBA network throughout the hotspot.
