Promote the better management of the seagrass ecosystem off the east coast of Sangihe Island in Indonesia's North Sulawesi province. Develop a sea cucumber mariculture initiative to reduce pressure on globally threatened sea cucumber species and dugongs. Help establish the local polytechnic university, Polnustar, as a learning center that trains people making their living from the sea.
