In partnership with the traditional island councils and the Tokelau administration, develop a comprehensive biosecurity and biodiversity action plan for the three atolls Atafu, Nukunonu and Fakaofo. Provide training for key staff and community members in implementing these plans. Increase awareness of the importance of the native fauna and flora and encourage the participation of the local communities in the protection of their natural environment.
