Set up a population and demographic age/sex profile baseline and begin long-term data collection on the Critically Endangered Cat Ba langur (Trachypithecus poliocephalus poliocephalus) population health. Together these will help provide solid data on the trajectory of the population to put in place an early warning system against population erosion, providing incidental protection for the remaining langur population and a long-term research agenda.

Strategic Direction: 1 Safeguard priority globally threatened species in Indochina by mitigating major threats
