Strengthen the capacity of the Animal Rehabilitation Center in the village of Novopokrovka. Conserve and restore the populations of wild birds and raptors inhabiting the Chui and Issyk-Kul regions of Kyrgyzstan, including the priority corridor of Khan Tengri and Tomur.
