Support biodiversity conservation in Pindaya Township, southern Shan State, Myanmar, by building the capacity of the community-based organization “Pwe Hla Environmental Conservation and Development" (PHECD), of members of 16 local villages, and of Sympathy Hands Conservation Development Organization staff in topics including conservation legislation, organizational management, and project cycle management.
