Develop an ocean observation and marine monitoring and ecosystem management framework in five marine protected areas around the coasts of Mahe - Seychelles. Conduct research on the status of these identified protected areas and provide mitigating and management approaches where needed. Build long term national capacity by providing training and establishing a network of students and research organizations to develop sustainable ocean observation and monitoring system for priority areas.
