Empower local communities at Stung Sen Ramsar Site on Tonle Sap lake to engage in wetland conservation and, thereby, receive long-term benefits, through increasing awareness, engagement, authority, and capacity in co-management of natural resources. To this end, strengthen an existing community protected area, establish and strengthen one additional community protected area, and build capacity and expertise in site management and conservation of a Cambodian NGO.
