Organize a regional training/knowledge sharing workshop, and provide relevant network and mentoring support to existing CEPF grantees across the hotspot. Training will focus on embedding two key organizational processes: i) building biodiversity mainstreaming capability through creating opportunities to share tools and practices that help grantees and their beneficiaries develop necessary capacity and credibility to engage with government and the private sector; and ii) helping grantees find tangible means to implement gender mainstreaming policy and institutionalise safeguarding processes at different scales.
