Conduct a capacity needs assessment of civil society organisations (CSOs) in South Sudan, Eritrea and DRC, identifying active environmental and social development CSOs, assessing their capacity needs, and establishing a plan of action to engage these CSOs in effective conservation action in the Eastern Afromontane Hotspot. The assessments will follow a similar approach as the capacity needs assessment in Yemen by Enviromatics.
