Conserving the Andean Cat in Bolivia and Peru

Implement the Andean Cat Conservation Action Plan in Bolivia and Peru. Strengthen the capacity of park rangers to monitor and protect habitat vital to Andean cat, conduct environmental education and communication campaigns for local communities, reduce threats from hunting and interactions with domestic dogs, and map the range of Andean cat and threats to the species. Build organizational capacity to integrate gender considerations into operations and prepare an organizational strategy and fundraising plan for the regional Andean Cat Alliance.
