Implement the concept of “other effective area-based conservation measures” (OECMs) at the local level and strengthen connectivity corridors in the region. Strengthen local bioenterprise initiatives and create an ecotourism plan for the town of Elvira. Promote key biodiversity area conservation in the municipalities of Dagua and Cali.

Strategic Direction: 1 Strengthen protection and management of 52 priority KBAs to foster participatory governance, green recovery from COVID-19, climate change resilience, species conservation, and financial sustainability.
