Create a unique facility for the scientific study, documentation, and biodiversity conservation of the flora of the Spiny Forest, as well as to provide a model for the development of sustainable ecotourism. Activities will include improving the herbarium, the living collection, and the scientific documentation associated with the flora of the Spiny Forest.
