The project will connect young and more experienced professionals working within the Western Indian Ocean, with the biological, social and conservation management training required to become more effective conservation leaders. Each year, fifteen professional will benefit from field research and training from leading organizations in Madagascar and Mauritius. A proportion of these individuals will then be selected for a six-month Post-Graduate Diploma in Endangered Species Recovery.
