Driving Malagasy Leadership and Organizational Growth to Deliver Meaningful Ecosystem-based Adaptation

Strengthen ten Malagasy conservation organizations through a two-pronged capacity building program of Organizational Development (OD) to enhance their conservation impacts and of Leadership Development to produce a generation of ecosystem-based adaptation leaders. Facilitate peer learning exchanges and webinars to share lessons on agroforestry for climate change adaptation that expands the knowledge base and tools for community-based engagement.
