Improve the organizational and technical capacity of three community fisheries management committees to effectively and sustainably conserve and manage the local fisheries resources of Tonle Sap Lake. Improve the livelihoods of the members of the focal community fisheries through development of community-based ecotourism and other diversified sources of income. Improve fishery resources conservation and development by implementing Spatial Monitoring and Reporting Tool (SMART) patrolling.
