Establish green business hubs to improve local livelihoods, especially those of women, and diversify the funding sources of community fisheries management committees, through ecotourism, water-hyacinth-based handicraft production, fish processing and other activities. Strengthen the capacity and financial sustainability of two community-based organizations. Support participation of women and youth in national networks on community fisheries.
