Empower communities living along the central section of the Mekong River to gain legal recognition over their rights to natural resources and manage them in a sustainable manner. Facilitate the designation of one community forest, five community fisheries and two communal land titles. Engage indigenous communities in conservation and rehabilitation of natural resources, forests and wildlife.
