Strengthen the capacity of both 3SPN and its network of five grass-roots Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in Ratanakiri province, Cambodia, by carrying out Organizational Assessments, developing and implementing Organizational Development Plans (with a particular focus on governance, organizational management, and financial management), and by facilitating learning and exchange between the CBOs.
