Further strengthen the conservation efforts being made by previous grantees at Mt. Guna in Ethiopia by creating awareness programs, strengthening the sense of ownership by the local community, promoting community-based ecotourism and coordinating different sectors dealing with resource utilization and management.

Strategic Direction: 1 Mainstream biodiversity into wider development policies, plans and projects to deliver the co-benefits of biodiversity conservation, improved local livelihoods and economic development in priority corridors.
