Strengthen the East and Southeast Asia Community Conservation Network as a platform to support communication and coordination between civil society and Chinese public and private sector actors, and thereby enhance the capacity of civil society organizations to address the environmental and social impacts of investments by Chinese enterprises and promote sustainable development in Mekong River Basin countries through joint initiatives.
