Conduct research on the biodiversity of two of the most valuable and threatened karst fields (poljes) in the Mediterranean hotspot. Advocate to national and international institutions to avoid and mitigate the impacts of the Upper Horizons hydropower cascade that is under construction. Engage civil society groups, scientists and other stakeholders in saving the endemic fish and other species, such as the critically endangered Dabarsko dace, Telestes dabar.
