Promote the micro-reserve concept in Kyrgyzstan with the creation of five reserves in different, representative key biodiversity areas in the country. Expand the concept by holding discussions with counterparts in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to encourage consideration of the policy framework in those countries.
