Support enactment of Cambodia’s Environmental Code: a new legal framework covering all aspects of environmental protection and natural resources conservation. Build capacity in collaborative management, informed by a review of lessons learned from co-management initiatives supported by CEPF and other development partners. Enhance practical understanding of collaborative management among implementers, and develop implementation action plans for pilot sites.
