Fijians for Fijians Forests – Supporting Community-Driven Protected Area Establishment in Fiji

Lead the establishment of community-based conservation agreements in two key biodiversity areas in Mt Nabukelevu and Natewa Pennisula. Together, these sites are home to seven globally threatened bird species. This project will involve creating community "Site Support Groups" to monitor the bird populations and forest health with technical support from BirdLife.
