Develop an Integrated Forestry and Rural District Rangeland Resource Management and Use Plan to reduce threats to rangeland landscapes and biodiversity. Actively engage local communities in improving rangeland landscape management and use in accordance with the plan. Demonstrate "green" approaches in rangeland resource management and biodiversity conservation. Develop local management and community capacity in the transition to integrated nature management.
