Promote the adoption of the Spatial Monitoring and Reporting Tool (SMART) in two protected areas in eastern Kyrgyzstan. Train authorities in use of this protected area management platform, encompassing desktop, mobile, and online software and an analysis and mapping interface, to improve park management while also improving engagement with surrounding communities.
