Assist the Government of Kiribati's Line and Phoenix Islands Wildlife Conservation Unit to implement established conservation and management recommendations in a comprehensive and integrated approach to restore the ecology of Northern Line Islands, a key biodiversity area with globally significant sea bird colonies.
