Implement the Regional Action Plan of the Yellow-Tailed Woolly Monkey and Andean Night Monkey through the recognition of surveillance committees for primates in community-based conservation areas of the Amazonas Voluntary Conservation Network in the Northeast Corridor of Peru. Strengthen the ability of area managers to combat illegal trafficking of endangered fauna, with emphasis on the endangered primates.
