Create marine protected areas (MPAs) in Indonesia's Sangihe Islands in order to restore fisheries and dugong (Dugong dugon) habitat. Each MPA, one in the district of Nusa Tabukan and one in the district of Tabukan Selatan, will consist of 10-hectare no-take zones and 20-hectare controlled-use zones.
