Engage with eight communities of subsistence farmers in the Pomio District of PNG's East New Britain Province whose land is under threat from logging, mining, and the expansion of oil palm plantations. Train community representatives in forest conservation measures and to better understand their legal rights, such that they are in a better position to engage with government and the natural resource management companies.
