Develop a web-based database of water infrastructure projects in key biodiversity areas and corridors in the Mountains of Central Asia hotspot. Develop a toolkit for civil society to employ site safeguards to ensure biodiversity conservation around these projects. Train civil society organizations and guide them in application of the toolkit at selected locations in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
