Combine removal of alien invasive Lantana with restoration of cleared areas using a green economy model that involves the local communities in a reserve forest contiguous with Bandipur Tiger Reserve. Engage local community members in Lantana removal and restoration activities, and develop market-linked alternative livelihood options based on the removed Lantana such as handicraft and charcoal production.
