Establish a list of heritage plants of NAP Amoron'i Onilahy while strengthening their competence in herbarium identification and inventory. It aims at proposing to the protected area manager adequate conservation measures for heritage species previously identified and validated locally. The project also proposes to reinforce the capacities of local guides on scientific interpretations of circuits, with a view to improving the attractiveness of tourist circuits. In its approach, CBT wishes to compile the empirical knowledge of the local population and scientific expertise through training and consultation actions.

Strategic Direction: 1 Empower local communities to protect and manage biodiversity in priority key biodiversity areas.
