Protect rat-free atolls of Morane, Tenararo and Vahanga proposed for protected areas or sites for endangered species such as the Polynesian ground-dove and the Tuamotu sandpipers. Key outcomes to achieve will be the literature review of the sites, stakeholder meetings and buy-ins, developing appropriate legal regulations to manage the islands, securing support from all relevant landowners, and setting up a Site Support Group to manage the protected atolls.
