Empower the inhabitants of Rey Curré indigenous territory in Puntarenas province to establish a community-managed freshwater protected area along the Térraba River and its tributaries, and promote its recognition by government. Use the results to inform the development of a new management category, created by indigenous communities and supported by the government, to co-manage the inland fisheries of Costa Rica.
