Prepare and begin implementation of management plans for five globally endangered amphibian and bird species and strengthen management of two protected areas, with a strong focus on community participation. This grant will evaluate the status and prepare management plans for target species, prepare communications tools for awareness building, support sustainable financing, and conduct fieldwork to confirm protected area boundaries.
