Promote a favorable policy and planning framework in northwestern Ecuador to support sustainable development and conservation. This grant funds technical assistance to introduce participatory conservation planning and policy tools, local training and public outreach, preparation of a joint conservation agenda with Colombian stakeholders, and facilitation to promote donor coordination in the region.
