Improve the attitudes of people in northeast Cambodia toward elephants by raising awareness of elephant conservation and human elephant conflict among local communities, ethnic groups, agrobusiness, and local government, and to enable local people to manage human elephant conflict by providing a range of conflict mitigation strategies including deterrents ranging from chili ropes to watchtowers to fireworks.
