Create a partnership between Coraïl Noir ecolodge and RéGénération Koraï, experts in coral reef restoration on Nosy Be, to regenerate the coral reefs of Sakatia based on scientific evidence, while raising awareness among fishers, resource users and tourists, as well as residents and schoolchildren of Sakatia and the Nosy Be archipelago.
