Regional Implementation Team in the Hotspot of the Tropical Andes - Bolivia, Colombia and Peru - Phase III

Provide strategic leadership and local knowledge to build a broad constituency of civil society groups working across institutional and geographic boundaries toward achieving the conservation goals described in the ecosystem profile for the hotspot. Assist civil society groups in designing, implementing, and replicating successful conservation activities. Ensure that the collective impact of CEPF's investment exceeds the sum of its parts.
