Restore the habitats of fish endemic to the hydraulic basin of Tensift, Morocco such as Luciobarbus magniatlantis. Update data on conservation status, mitigate the main threats, restore connectivity between water reservoirs hosting fish, install spawning grounds, improve the riparian strip, install the reed bed system to purify village wastewater and reduce wastewater discharges into the river and raise awareness among local communities for the basin.

Strategic Direction: 2 Support the sustainable management of water catchments through integrated approaches for the conservation of threatened freshwater biodiversity
