Safeguard one of only two viable populations of Delacour’s langur through the establishment of a new protected area in Ha Nam province, Vietnam. Ensure long-term protected area viability through a highly participatory gazettement process and management regime. Ensure effective forest governance through collaboration, capacity building and support. Ensure that conservation actions are based on sound science and SMART monitoring, and that protected area management is financially sustainable.
