Strengthen sub-national youth and women’s networks to include indigenous communities in fisheries conservation and respond to threats to freshwater biodiversity at priority sites in Cambodia’s Stung Treng province. Build the capacity of community fisheries' committees to lead management of fishery resources. Enable focal persons to mobilize indigenous youth and women to work with community fisheries on freshwater resource protection.
