Improve the capacity of community fisheries committees in Tonle Sap lake and inundation zone to effectively and sustainably manage local fisheries resources and, thereby, improve food security while conserving freshwater biodiversity. Strengthen management of fish conservation areas through community patrols, and improve fish-catch monitoring. Ensure the sustainability of these activities by mobilizing financial resources, including from commune budgets.
