Build the organizational capacity of civil society organizations in the Indo-Burma Hotspot so that they can effectively tackle threats to the hotspot and have a tangible conservation impact in the long term. Implement an integrated program of tailor-made activities to strengthen organizational capacity and governance, develop expertise in proposal development and fundraising, and build skills in communication and advocacy.
