Strengthen the capacities of rural communicators and environmental journalists focusing on conservation and environmental issues in the Madidi-Pilón Lajas-Cotapata Corridor. Establish alliances with partner organizations Agencia de Noticias Ambientales and the Fundación para el Periodismo. Convene journalists and communicators to identify strategies to protect the Corridor. Provide a digital platform to enable journalists and rural communicators to publish and disseminate issues of environmental relevance for the Corridor.

Strategic Direction: 4 Cultivate a highly-trained, well-coordinated and resilient civil society sector at the local, corridor, and hotspot levels to achieve CEPF's conservation outcomes.
