Reduce threats to biodiversity at Boeung Rom Per, part of the floodplain of the Tonle Sap in Kampong Thom Province, Cambodia, by strengthening the Boeung Rom Per Community Fishery, promoting renewable energy sources to reduce dependency on the flooded forest as a source of fuelwood, and fostering the development of village-level civil society.
